What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research, investigate, and coordinate resolutions to member and/or provider complaints
- Utilize the IMAC database to extract complaint information and maintain tracking logs
- Ensure complaint resolutions meet state timing requirements for compliance
- Compile monthly and quarterly statistical reports based on gathered data
- Write complaint resolution letters to physicians and members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or healthcare experience
- Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems
- Proficient in PC use and related software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to healthcare
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
- Excellent conflict resolution capabilities
