      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform administrative functions including typing, filing, scanning, scheduling appointments, and processing mail
      - Coordinate meeting events, including arranging physical or virtual meeting spaces and preparing event materials
      - Record and transcribe minutes for departmental meetings
      - Manage complex calendar schedules for supervisors, requiring interaction with internal and external executives
      - Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining administrative files and correspondence

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a high school graduate
      - Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Adobe applications
      - Exceptional organization and written/verbal communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
      - Typing speed of 70-90 words per minute

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College education preferred, but not required
      - Knowledge of corporate practices and business operations
      - Pleasant and friendly telephone voice, with a customer service orientation
      - Attention to detail and strong time management skills
      - Ability to make decisions to ensure follow-through on assigned duties
