What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review, develop, update, and maintain cybersecurity documentation including policies, plans, procedures, and checklists
- Assist in the development and maintenance of System Security Plans and security-related monitoring schedules
- Participate in security assessments, coordinating evaluations and documenting results
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with NIST standards and CMMC certification
- Identify client problem areas and provide effective solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in information technology, communications, or related fields with 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent industry certifications and experience
- Demonstrated understanding of NIST SP.800-171, NIST SP.800-53, and other federal regulations
- CMMC Certified Professional (CCP) or ability to obtain within 6 months at own cost
- US Citizenship with the ability to pass an extensive background check
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills; experience in technical writing preferred
