What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review, develop, and maintain cybersecurity documentation, including policies and procedures
- Assist in the development and maintenance of System Security Plans and related tasks
- Participate in security assessments, including evidence collection and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with NIST standards and CMMC certification
- Identify client problem areas and provide effective suggestions for solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in IT, communications, or related fields with 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent industry certifications and experience
- Demonstrated understanding of NIST SP.800-171 and other federal regulations
- CMMC Certified Professional (CCP) or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, with experience in technical writing preferred
- US Citizenship with the ability to pass an extensive background check
