What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support third-party risk management activities, including onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding of vendors
- Conduct compliance due diligence and risk assessments of third-party vendors
- Evaluate vendor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures
- Support regulatory exams, audits, and internal reviews related to compliance and vendor risk
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, or third-party/vendor risk management
- Strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., financial services, healthcare, data privacy, technology regulations)
- Experience conducting risk assessments and vendor due diligence reviews
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with third-party risk management tools or GRC platforms
- Familiarity with regulatory expectations related to vendor oversight
- Experience supporting regulatory examinations or audits
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
