      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support for the Compliance Program, including audit, monitoring, and corrective action management
      - Collaborate on high-risk areas to ensure effective compliance program execution
      - Execute risk assessments and assist in the development of compliance policies and procedures
      - Analyze deficiencies to determine root causes of non-compliance and develop corrective actions
      - Maintain documentation of corrective action plans and support management onboarding through mentorship and training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent years of relevant work experience
      - Minimum of five (5) years of compliance and/or regulatory experience, particularly with Government Program products
      - Strong familiarity with government-funded healthcare programs, including Medicaid, Marketplace, and Medicare
      - Demonstrated understanding of compliance and regulatory fundamentals related to managed care
      - Expert-level written and verbal communication skills, including proper grammar usage and document structure

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
      - Previous experience in corporate compliance or internal/external audit strongly preferred
      - Current, unrestricted clinical licensure (e.g., LPN, RN) may be desired for clinical-focused positions
      - Familiarity with healthcare operations and clinical concepts
      - Advanced experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
