      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with the Compliance Department to oversee audit and monitoring processes for compliance with policies and procedures
      - Support the Privacy Officer with the submission of QE Certification by coordinating documentation and evidence collection
      - Maintain comprehensive records of compliance and privacy activities, including investigations and audits
      - Identify and resolve compliance or privacy-related issues in partnership with internal departments and stakeholders
      - Assist in the development and enhancement of training materials for compliance education

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field
      - Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare compliance and/or privacy concepts and practices
      - Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills with an emphasis on time management
      - Professional demeanor with exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
      - Working knowledge of MS Office 365, Excel, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Current CHC, CHPC (HCCA), or other relevant certification
      - Background in healthcare compliance, privacy, or a related field
      - Knowledge of relevant federal and state laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to compliance and privacy
      - Familiarity with the State Health Information Network of NY (SHIN-NY) policies and procedures
