Job Description

- Conduct data analysis and translate into meaningful communications that drive action.
- Develop executive level reports to be used in Board and Committee meetings.
- Support budget, financial analysis / reporting, and projects as needed.
- Supports planning, development, execution and reporting of Compliance goals, actions and work plans annually.
- Support Compliance meetings / events through planning, scheduling, material production, coordination and execution.
- Support project delivery and execution.
- Support change management activities for projects.
- Assist with documenting process gaps, weaknesses, and deficiencies to identify root cause and remediate issues.
- Support execution of improvement projects through realization.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Preferred Experience Level (if different from minimum required): at least one to three (1 to 3) years of experience in managed health care including experience in the areas of compliance oversight.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experienced with SharePoint and website development.
Role Overview
This position sits within the Compliance Department. Must have compliance experience working with vendor oversight. This includes facilitating corrective actions for vendors.
Work Arrangement
This position is remote eligible working East Coast hours.
