      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Audit the work of Compliance Agents, identifying errors and providing feedback through coaching
      - Address compliance risk questions from agents regarding customer accounts
      - Review customer use cases during the compliance review process and communicate outcomes
      - Conduct online audits and contact website owners for the removal of unauthorized brand references
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
      - Experience with the Fair Credit Reporting Act or related compliance areas
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in English at a professional level
      - Familiarity with online subscription-based or SaaS business models is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Paralegal experience is a plus
      - Previous experience in advertising or marketing compliance
      - A strong desire to contribute to a high-growth, innovative organization
      - Ability to thrive in a remote-first work environment
