Job Description
- Req#: COMPL001855
- Assist with Criminal Background Check (CBC) reviews as assigned, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Follow up on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), tracking progress and ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist with audit preparations, including pulling and organizing necessary documentation and materials for internal and external audits.
- Provide support in answering internal inquiries related to compliance matters, offering timely and accurate information.
- Prepare contract reporting as assigned, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and deadlines.
- Research and draft policies and procedures (P&Ps) to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to compliance activities and audits.
- Collaborate with team members to support compliance initiatives and ensure accurate and effective reporting.
- Other duties as assigned
- Uphold company mission and values.
- 1-3 years of experience relevant to the work performed.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for compliance, and technical reading/writing.
- Operation of computerized software programs, databases, and basic office equipment.
- High level of confidentiality.
- Demonstrate the ability to balance work pressure with time management skills
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with demonstrated ability to work towards and meet deadlines by planning and organizing
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Effective decision-making skills
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
EDUCATION
Associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed in a typical office setting or from a home office with occasional travel to corporate offices.
