      Are you ready to drive compliance initiatives in the world of HEINEKEN? We are looking for a proactive Compliance Manager to join our Global Supply Chain team based in Schiphol (close to Amsterdam). In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement compliance strategies across critical functions such as Packaging, Brewing, Quality, TPM, Sustainability, Safety, and Logistics. Working closely with global audit teams and breweries, you will oversee audits, manage audit tools and templates, and play a crucial role in our Risk Management Cycle. Interested? Learn more below.

      What You’ll Do
      As the Global Supply Chain Compliance Manager, you will lead the compliance process across our global operations. Collaborating with leaders in Packaging, Brewing, Quality, TPM, Sustainability, Safety, and Logistics in breweries and Global Supply Chain, you will define and implement strategies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and conducting GSC audits, in cooperation with the Global Audit team, developing and managing audit tools and training, and overseeing the annual Control Self-Assessment for Food Safety and Quality. You will also manage Compliance tool, including account creation, issue resolution, manual updates, and user training. Additionally, you will support initiatives related to FSSC22000 and ISO9001, and drive the development of digital tools for Quality department such as Power BI Dashboards and automated reports.

      Your success in this role will depend on your ability to shape and deliver key leadership expectations. Strong communication skills and persuasiveness will be essential as you build relationships across departments, manage stakeholders, and navigate complex interests to achieve strategic objectives in a dynamic international environment.

      Our Quality Team

      The Compliance Manager role is an integral part of Global Production Quality team at HEINEKEN, driving the Supply Chain Compliance agenda on a global scale. Our team is composed of highly knowledgeable Food Safety, Quality and Licensee leads.


      As the Compliance Manager, you will report to the Manager of Quality and collaborate cross-functionally with various departments, including Supply Chain, P&CI (Process & Control Improvement), and Audit functions.

      Who You Are

      • Bachelor’s degree and advanced-level thinking and work skills.
      • Have extensive experience in auditing production and/or quality systems and leading teams in supply chain roles, ideally at international companies.
      • Possess deep knowledge of food safety and quality, preferably within the brewing or food industry.
      • Have hands-on experience in manufacturing operations and proven ability to manage priorities and lead teams effectively.
      • Bring strong expertise in maintaining quality standards, particularly within global brewery operations.
      • Excel in data analysis, business understanding, project management, and projects planning.
      • Practical experience and skills for developing, maintaining, and training on compliance platforms.
      • Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities.

      • Gross annual salary between €70,596 - €108,600 depending on your experience (full time contract).
