- You have solid experience in the life sciences industry, including 3+ years of compliance and business ethics. Experience with compliance and business ethics audits is meriting, but not a requirement, for this role.
- As you will be part of reviewing Swedish materials while communicating mostly in English, we require both Swedish and English fluency for this role. We expect you to have good communication and presentation skills.
- You are structured and detail-oriented, with a keen interest in understanding all parts of our business.
- You have strong work ethics and are willing to take responsibility for your own learning and ownership of your own tasks.

The position
As Compliance Manager, you will be driving the Swedish affiliate’s compliance and business ethics focus and be instrumental in accelerating business success and putting patients first as we are working to optimise diabetes care. You will be part of a paradigm shift in obesity care and provide key support as Novo Nordisk is entering into new therapy areas.
At Novo Nordisk, we never compromise on business ethics. As Compliance Manager, you will be identifying and mitigating compliance risks, and guiding our Swedish team on how to ensure that we meet compliance requirements in projects where we are finding new ways of supporting patients, healthcare personnel, and decision-makers. Further, you will continuously provide trainings and proactive guidance on compliance topics to ensure we always maintain a strong business ethics mindset throughout the organisation.

About the department
The Swedish Legal & Compliance department was established this year and currently consists of three team members. We rely primarily on collaboration within the European region that we are part of, where the Legal & Compliance organisation consists of about 40 people. Ultimately, you will be part of the Global Legal and Patents organisation, which gathers more than 450 colleagues around the world.
