      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Advocate for business programs related to alternative transportation needs within the agency
      - Serve as a liaison with other agencies to promote MBE, DBE, SBR, and VSBE programs
      - Organize and participate in outreach and special events to promote business program participation
      - Develop and implement marketing activities to support agency contracts
      - Conduct site visits and provide support to prime contractors and DBE/MBE/VSBE firms

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
      - Four years of experience in equal employment opportunity or equal access compliance programs
      - One year of experience conducting outreach and support with disadvantaged and minority businesses
      - Experience evaluating compliance with federal, state, or municipal laws and regulations
      - Ability to provide detailed and accurate information on relevant experience in the application

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional experience related to compliance with civil rights statutes or human relations
      - Thirty graduate credit hours from an accredited college or university may be substituted for one year of the required experience
