What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process and track move-in applications, ensuring timely review and approval
- Manage annual recertifications and maintain compliance with program guidelines
- Communicate with applicants and site teams to gather necessary documentation
- Collaborate with property management staff to meet occupancy goals
- Assist in preparing for audits and completing compliance reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Affordable Housing Compliance (Tax Credits, LIHTC)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple certifications simultaneously
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with property management or compliance software preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in affordable housing or compliance
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or Rent Café
