What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process and track annual recertifications, ensuring timely review and approval
- Collect, verify, and input applicant income and household information in compliance with guidelines
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of move-in files for compliance review prior to lease signing
- Communicate with applicants and residents to request necessary documentation
- Maintain organized records in property management and compliance systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in affordable housing compliance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple certifications simultaneously
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with property management or compliance software preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in affordable housing or compliance is highly preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
