      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process and track move-in applications, ensuring timely verification and approval
      - Manage annual recertifications to meet compliance deadlines
      - Collect and input applicant information in accordance with program guidelines
      - Communicate with applicants and site teams to request necessary documentation
      - Assist in preparing files for audits and contribute to compliance reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - 3-4+ years of experience in affordable housing compliance
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple certifications
      - Excellent communication and customer service skills
      - Experience with property management or compliance software preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in affordable housing or compliance preferred, but candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn will be considered
