      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Track changes to federal and state regulations, updating policies and procedures as needed
      - Conduct investigations related to HIPAA violations and implement findings
      - Collaborate with teams to manage the policy development and approval process
      - Conduct audits and investigations, providing recommendations for process improvements
      - Maintain compliance databases and generate reports on findings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least one year of experience in compliance, audit, or regulatory experience in a healthcare or human services setting
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills
      - Ability to work on time-sensitive matters and independently
      - Bachelor's degree required; experience may be substituted for academic training

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a nonprofit health and human services organization
      - Familiarity with HIPAA Privacy and Security rules
      - Knowledge of commonly used concepts and practices within the audit field
      - Ability to work creatively and with a degree of latitude
