      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the implementation and administration of the Bank's Compliance Management Program
      - Monitor compliance with applicable regulations and perform quality control reviews
      - Review and update policies, procedures, and training programs
      - Provide compliance support to staff and escalate control issues as necessary
      - Address customer complaints and assist with regulatory compliance training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field preferred
      - Minimum 3-5 years of related financial services or banking industry experience required
      - Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
      - Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail

      - Experience with Compliance Management systems preferred

      - Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and procedures
