What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of compliance manuals and communication materials
- Collect, compile, and organize reports for compliance programs and communicate data to stakeholders
- Issue compliance notifications and provide education and resources to inquiring entities
- Manage the accreditation process by AAALAC and assist with billing as needed
- Help organize testing and training required by Environment, Health, and Safety
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Highly organized with the ability to track and complete multiple projects concurrently
- Clear, professional, and respectful communication skills with all levels of the campus community
- Experience in research compliance, preferably related to human subjects or research animals
- Familiarity with IACUC protocols and lab animal work is encouraged
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
