What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and maintain a business continuity oversight program and training in collaboration with compliance leadership and business stakeholders
- Support the execution of business impact assessments in partnership with business stakeholders
- Monitor and facilitate business continuity testing and related exercises with business stakeholders
- Perform control testing, document results, and provide updates to ensure alignment with the annual testing schedule
- Communicate complex fact patterns, underlying issues, and recommended resolutions clearly and succinctly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 5+ years of experience in audit, compliance, risk management, or business continuity planning
- At least 5+ years of experience interacting with internal business stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret regulatory information
- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-changing environment and collaborate effectively with multiple business stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience within FinTech
- Relevant coursework or certifications in compliance, risk management, or data analytics
- Experience working with data systems or reporting tools, with scripting experience in SQL being a plus
