      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer in executing the compliance program for the employer
      - Conduct investigations into compliance allegations and potential violations of regulations and policies
      - Perform audits related to research operations, HIPAA compliance, and professional fee billing
      - Provide updates and reports on compliance operations to senior management
      - Facilitate the conflict of interest reporting program and evaluate compliance issues raised via the hotline

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a healthcare compliance program or related field
      - Demonstrated knowledge of compliance issues impacting healthcare and research organizations
      - Experience in developing compliance policies, procedures, and risk assessments
      - Sensitivity to the needs of underrepresented minority populations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced Degree (Master's degree or JD)
      - Experience with research compliance programs and Institutional Review Board regulations
      - Familiarity with patient privacy rules and federal/state regulations
