What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect and input information from contractor applications into company systems
- Review and approve/deny applications based on company policies
- Confirm contractor licenses using a proprietary database
- Maintain contractor profiles and track progress throughout the onboarding process
- Proactively notify contractors of expiring insurance, bonds, or licenses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service or vendor support
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment
- Exceptional organization skills and detail-oriented mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in compliance or regulatory roles
- Familiarity with home improvement industry standards
- Ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels
- Proficient in using database management systems
