      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate the onboarding and credentialing process between agencies and clients to ensure timely compliance.
      - Communicate with agencies to gather necessary documentation and ensure adherence to client requirements.
      - Manage the Privileging Compliance checklist and provide ongoing updates to clients and suppliers.
      - Attend and participate in meetings with clients and suppliers regarding compliance-related elements.
      - Provide support on compliance inquiries and remain updated on state mandates and licensure requirements.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school graduate or equivalent; Associate or B.S. Degree preferred.
      - Minimum of two years of related experience in a Hospital Medical Staff Office or in a Locums' Healthcare staffing company Credentialing/Compliance Department.
      - Solid understanding of healthcare staffing, locums credentialing, and compliance.
      - Proven interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

      - Experience in a compliance-related role within the healthcare sector.
      - Familiarity with database entry and related computer applications.
      - Ability to adapt to changes and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
      - Creative problem-solving skills to meet client expectations.
      - Experience in customer service and public relations.
