Job Description
- Req#: KRA-10438
- Oversee daily BOH operations, including prep, service, and closing in a high-volume setting
- Lead kitchen team in executing standardized recipes and maintaining food quality
- Ensure fast ticket times, clean workspaces, and food safety compliance
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and controlling food costs and waste
- Coordinate with FOH and expo for smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Support training and onboarding of new team members
- General food & beverage knowledge required
- Minimum 3 years of progressive management experience in a hotel, resort, or quick services. settings preferred .
- Experience with high volume operations more than $5MM +
- General knowledge and understanding of P&L statements.
- Prior restaurant or fast-food experience and staff supervision required
- At least 2 years of directly related experience strongly preferred
- Ability to remain fluid in high stress situations.
- Bilingual English and Spanish speaking.

Concessions Manager – Zulu Grille
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Concessions Manager – Zulu Grille . We are seeking an experienced and energetic Manager to help lead our fast-paced, high-volume concession outlet. This role supports daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensures consistent food quality and speed of service, and provides strong leadership for a team handling grab-and-go, quick-serve, and volume-based food production. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, leads by example, and maintains high standards in cleanliness, safety, and execution.
Must be available for nights, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods
Salary Range - $70,000 - $85,000 based on experience.
