What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support for members and patients participating in clinical and wellness programs
- Respond to inquiries via telephone, email, chat, and other digital platforms with professionalism
- Determine eligibility for programs and relay accurate information to participants
- Coordinate new and recurring appointments while navigating licensure requirements and time zones
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all legal and organizational standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED certificate required
- 1 year of experience in Call Center or Customer Service operations, preferably in a Managed Care or Health Care environment
- Computer proficiency in MS Office; experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint required
- Demonstrated ability to learn and use multiple internal and external systems and tools
- Excellent listening and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 years of general office experience, including administrative support and project management
- Demonstrated accuracy and productivity in a changing environment
- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and manage time
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to access to care and scheduling
- Proven ability to analyze information and develop effective solutions
