      Overview

      Consilio is seeking a motivated, self-directed professional to create and deliver superior guest experiences in our new client Experience Center (“EC”) located in Coconut Grove, Florida. This is Consilio’s premiere location for client education and collaboration, as well as an event center for special and bespoke employee and community events. We are seeking a Concierge to manage the opening and ongoing management of the EC, ensuring seamless, personalized, and memorable experiences for our most valued guests.

      Please note this role will require the candidate to be onsite with standard working hours.

      Responsibilities

      The Consilio Experience Center Concierge will be expected to:

      • Provide exceptional service to EC guests
      • Serve as primary point of contact for EC guests before, during, and after their visits
      • Act as lead onsite manager for the physical experience center in Coconut Grove, Florida, including directing all office management, administrative, print/ship, and facilities activities
      • Partner with Consilio’s Marketing, Client Experience, Global Sales Organization, Employee Experience, and Facilities/Administration teams to plan and execute a curated list of annual, quarterly, and ad hoc events
      • Build and maintain relationships with vendor partners to EC, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for our guests throughout their visit to the Coconut Grove area. Partners will include but are not limited to: area hotels, marinas, golf courses, and experience coordinators; caterers, bar service, event planners, and luxury car and transportation services; restaurants, retail stores, art galleries, and museums; and other creative partnerships that bring local culture and exceptional experiences to EC guests.
      • Oversee and coordinate office projects and initiatives, manage daily operational tasks for EC, including pre-visit communications, site management and bookings, food and beverage, and meeting support for onsite activities, and post-meeting communication.
      • Track budget and actual spend for onsite and offsite activities and find creative ways to provide excellent value for services.
      • Oversee and assist with the execution of all meetings, functions and events, including vendor coordination.
      • Support any necessary office functions, such as printing/shipping, calendar management, and stocking of supplies.
      • Perform other duties as assigned.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business or similar filed; or equivalent work experience
      • 5-7 years of experience within service/marketing sector, managing essential aspects of a customer service facility and partnering with outside vendors and agencies
      • Highly service focused; experience in luxury hospitality and services preferred.
      • Extremely professional and approachable; previous experience working with executive clientele.
      • Ability to work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities and assignments.
      • Demonstrates initiative – ability to think proactively, work, and make decisions to solve guest concerns based on sound judgment.
      • Demonstrates creativity, ingenuity, and a resourceful approach to exceeding guest expectations.
      • This position is based in an office environment with standard working hours in addition to some early evening/non-standard hours for event support.
