      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review reports of conflict-based harms and conduct appropriate outreach and referrals
      - Meet with parties involved in conflicts to review conflict management options and advise on next steps
      - Facilitate and document resolution options for cases, including conflict coaching, mediation, and restorative processes
      - Conduct programs and provide services for the campus community related to conflict management and harm repair
      - Partner with key campus partners and collaborate with other team members for training and management purposes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant area of specialization plus 2 years of professional experience, or a Master's degree or higher in a relevant field
      - Demonstrated commitment to restorative principles and conflict management in higher education settings
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Experience working in student conduct and conflict management practices
      - Knowledge of current student development practices and relevant compliance laws and issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in higher education or a related field
      - Experience with inclusion and equity practices
      - Familiarity with case management software, Maxient
