      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review reports of conflict-based harms and conduct appropriate outreach
      - Facilitate resolution options for conflict management cases
      - Facilitate programs and trainings for conflict management within the campus community
      - Partner with key campus stakeholders related to conflict-based harms
      - Provide leadership in key project areas within Student Rights & Responsibilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant professional experience, or Master's degree in a relevant field
      - Demonstrated commitment to restorative principles and conflict management
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Experience in student conduct and conflict management practices
      - Knowledge of higher education compliance laws and issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in higher education or related field
      - Experience with inclusion and equity practices
      - Familiarity with case management software, Maxient
