What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Configure and support various systems to assist distribution partners, including AnnuityNet, Affirm, FireLight, VTXML, and DTCC
- Field questions and troubleshoot issues from IT, Operations, and Distribution Partners
- Conduct testing and production verification following system updates
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive improvements
- Analyze vendor updates and internal efforts to assess impacts and align initiatives with business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in computer science, technology, engineering, or a math-related field
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably with configurable systems
- Intermediate experience with SQL, Excel/VBA, XML, or similar tools
- Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with various teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Configuration experience with systems such as AnnuityNet, Affirm, VTXML, FireLight, and/or knowledge of DTCC files and formats
- Familiarity with WinSQL
- Ability to view flat files across different systems
- Knowledge of variable, registered-indexed linked annuities and income annuity products
