What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and maintain accurate schedules for Design Consultants
- Handle inbound and outbound confirmation calls for in-home sales appointments
- Confirm and verify required criteria for appointments, including homeownership and decision-maker availability
- Improve customer satisfaction through effective communication and reinforcement of appointment expectations
- Document all appointment updates and notes accurately in the CRM
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in confirmations, call center, or sales-related roles
- Excellent verbal communication and phone presence
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service or sales within the home improvement industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems for appointment management
- Proven track record of reducing cancellations and improving customer satisfaction
