      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct corporate research to confirm party names and identify corporate family affiliates
      - Enter and update data in the firm's conflicts database and generate conflicts reports
      - Analyze new matter requests for compliance with firm policies and professional responsibility rules
      - Review conflict of interest reports and assist with resolution strategies
      - Provide training to new Conflicts Information Specialists and Analysts on procedures and software changes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
      - Minimum of two (2) years of directly related conflicts law firm experience or legal support capacity
      - Basic knowledge of conflicts of interest issues and technical systems related to law firm intake
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
      - Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of InTapp or similar law firm intake systems
      - Experience in a practice support or legal assistant role
      - Advanced skills in internet research and data entry conventions
      - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently in a complex environment
      - Familiarity with standard office equipment and technology applications
