      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct corporate research to confirm accuracy of party names and identify corporate family affiliates
      - Enter and update data in the firm's conflicts database and generate conflicts reports for attorney analysis
      - Analyze new matter requests for compliance with firm policies and professional responsibility rules
      - Review conflict of interest reports for new matters to identify potential conflicts and assist with resolution strategies
      - Provide training to new Conflicts Information Specialists and Analysts on procedures and software updates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
      - Minimum of two (2) years of conflicts law firm experience or experience in a practice support or legal assistant capacity
      - Basic knowledge of conflicts of interest issues
      - High level of knowledge related to technical systems associated with law firm new business intake
      - Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with attorneys and staff, both orally and in writing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of InTapp and other relevant legal software applications
      - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
      - Experience in a dynamic and complex work environment requiring strong organizational skills
