What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding service issues, requests, and account information
- Research customer inquiries and resolve conflicts while maintaining a results-driven approach
- Educate clients and advisors on new services and facilitate efficient self-service
- Gather and enter relevant information to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
- Refer complex issues to appropriate service partners for further assistance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-focused solutions or support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- P&C Producer license strongly preferred but not required; must pass state exam within 12 months
- Previous experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry
