      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a resource for Conservation Project Managers by coordinating all aspects of contracts and financial agreements
      - Draft and review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
      - Communicate with various stakeholders including vendors, consultants, and partners to facilitate contract processes
      - Maintain a database to track contract information, approvals, and deadlines
      - Assist with financial administration, including budget preparation and monitoring

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination
      - Experience coordinating administrative processes and generating reports
      - Strong business writing, editing, and proofreading skills
      - Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
      - Experience in cross-team communication and collaboration

      - Multi-lingual skills and cross-cultural experiences
      - Knowledge of conservation practices is appreciated
      - Experience with reading and interpreting contracts or legal documents
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
