      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Represent the interests of the employer's clients and manage project timelines
      - Train clients on project management templates and systems
      - Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support
      - Support the implementation of job cost accounting systems and project invoicing
      - Conduct regular check-in calls with business owners and key staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in residential and commercial construction
      - Excellent communication and organization skills
      - Ability to train clients on sales, pre-construction, estimating, and project management systems
      - Familiarity with green building techniques and sustainability practices
      - Aptitude with technology, including construction estimating and project management software
