What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the overall direction, completion, and financial outcomes of multiple retail construction projects
- Manage project development from inception to completion, including budgets and timelines
- Oversee all phases of the project, including design, permitting, and construction
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide project updates and manage expectations
- Identify and mitigate project risks while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or a minimum of three years of relevant experience; five years of related experience may substitute for a degree
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience in project management and financial oversight
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%-90% of the workweek to client sites across the U.S.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Current PMP certification
- Proficiency in web-based project management software
- Knowledge of construction and technical standards
- Experience with proposal preparation and budget development
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
