What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with estimators for project scope review
- Review architectural drawings and specifications
- Create submittals & shop drawings based on door schedules and product data
- Document all project aspects through various forms of correspondence
- Solve complex issues in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in the construction industry
- Extensive knowledge of doors, frames, and hardware
- DHI Certifications (AHC, CDC, EHC, AOC) desired
- Experience in project management and familiarity with construction drawings & specifications
- Proficient communication skills with timely follow-up
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Microsoft Office, .PDF reader & editor, AVAware

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with advanced problem-solving techniques
