      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the entire construction process from permitting to project closeout, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness
      - Manage project schedules, coordinating contractors, vendors, and installers to meet deadlines
      - Serve as the primary liaison with governmental agencies for building permits and occupancy certifications
      - Conduct field inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
      - Produce regular project updates to communicate status, issues, and risks to stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline preferred
      - Minimum 5 years' experience in Commercial Construction Management, Engineering, or Project Supervision
      - Strong knowledge of project scheduling, construction techniques, and risk management
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office software
      - Willingness to travel extensively or relocate to the Cincinnati, OH or Louisville, KY areas

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with construction bid management and contractor negotiation
      - Familiarity with project management and document management software
      - Knowledge of new construction technologies and their application in projects
      - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
      - Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
