      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage construction projects from planning and budgeting to delivery and commissioning
      - Prepare construction schedules, cost estimates, and risk assessments
      - Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with timelines and quality standards
      - Interact with regulatory authorities to obtain permits and ensure compliance with regulations
      - Manage procurement and tenders, including negotiations with suppliers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing construction projects, preferably in the energy and electrical sector
      - Hands-on experience with contractors in tenders and procurement procedures
      - Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and quality assurance processes
      - Strong negotiation and leadership skills, with the ability to manage distributed teams
      - English proficiency at C1 level or higher for negotiations, reporting, and presentations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing projects related to substations, power plants, data centers, or industrial facilities
      - Proven track record of successful project delivery in a construction environment
