      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the development of detailed project schedules in collaboration with project teams
      - Collect project progress data and update project status regularly
      - Perform impact analysis for potential delays and changes to project timelines
      - Collaborate with project management and field teams to set project goals and analyze progress
      - Guide less experienced members of the scheduling team and assist in their development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in complex construction projects, including Heavy Commercial and Industrial
      - Proficient knowledge of critical path method (CPM) scheduling
      - Strong written and oral communication skills
      - Experience using CPM Primavera P6 scheduling software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ProCore, Bluebeam, Navisworks, and REVIT
      - Familiarity with claims prevention and analysis techniques
      - Ability to conduct constructability reviews for varying construction methods during design or construction
