      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review Hazard Assessment and Safety Plans (HASP) submitted by contractors to identify job task hazards and mitigation plans
      - Conduct frequent on-site reviews of contractor work and provide written summaries of gaps and issues
      - Ensure corrective actions are developed and implemented for identified safety gaps
      - Stop work when conditions pose potential significant injury or fatality risks
      - Lead and participate in incident investigations and assist with safety and environmental inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2-5 years of EHS experience required if no Bachelor's degree is held
      - Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local safety, health, and environmental regulations
      - Incident Investigation (Root Cause Analysis) training
      - Knowledge of power generation, transmission systems, and renewable energy components
      - First Aid and CPR certification required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
      - Experience in Transmission/Right of Way EHS preferred
      - Relevant certifications such as CSP, ASP, CIH, or CHST preferred
