      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage project lanes or small projects to completion, including scoping tasks and managing resources
      - Develop and manage high-quality client-facing deliverables and facilitate client meetings
      - Support the design and logistics of internal and external meetings, contributing to knowledge capture
      - Build meaningful and trusted professional relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact
      - Conduct research and analysis to inform the development of client solutions, presenting findings clearly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active DoD Top Secret clearance (or have had one within the past two years)
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - 4+ years of professional work experience in management consulting or a client-facing environment
      - Willingness and ability to travel to client sites in the DC and Baltimore metro areas
      - Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in change management, strategic planning, and program management
      - Certifications such as PMP and/or Change Management (e.g., Prosci)
