      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide tactical support for project and portfolio management activities, including meeting minutes and action tracking
      - Actively contribute to project management deliverables such as reports and updates on schedule, budget, and risk
      - Coordinate across various project functional areas to ensure progress on project activities
      - Monitor contributions from collaborators and vendors to ensure timely completion of deliverables
      - Support product development meetings, ensuring project leaders have necessary information and support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - PhD scientist with 2-5 years of experience in biologics and/or vaccine research, particularly with monoclonal antibody development
      - At least 2 years of experience in project management from discovery/pre-clinical to phase 1 clinical translation
      - Strong understanding of the product development pathway
      - Proficiency in collaborative project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

      - Recent scientific publications in relevant fields
      - Experience managing projects within a multidisciplinary team environment
      - Ability to systematically review scientific literature and synthesize findings into actionable insights
