- Be a strategic partner to our Vice President & General Manager of Global Markets, Head of Marketing and Brand Managers, Business Development Directors and Sales Head, R&D and other main functional partners.
- Translate insights and analytics into top and bottom-line business impact.
- Guide an analytically driven approach to identifying and defining business opportunities for growth; develop learning plan, execute, analyze, and communicate learning related to our present and future position in the marketplace.
- Advise on strategic issue development to be addressed in annual operating and strategic planning, serving as consumer and shopper business partner.
- Lead synthesis and communication of market, retailer and consumer trends; ensure relevant trends are acted upon in brand product and marketing strategies.
- Identify, develop, and refine new and renovated products to support business growth.
- Lead the sourcing, interpretation and application of marketplace and consumer learning to support marketing strategy and refine activation for prioritized brands.
- Guide application of behavioral principles, and partner with research/data suppliers to lead continuous improvement in techniques and cost.
- Bachelor's degree required
- 6+ years of experience producing high quality, well-regarded insights and analytics work in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or similar.
- Experience leading insights projects with International markets is desirable, including data resources, retail dynamics, and consumer/cultural dynamics.
- Experience delivering business recommendations, influencing decisions, and impacting results.
- Experience with priority management to ensure insights resources are used and applied to the most important business issues.
- Knowledge of multiple quantitative and qualitative insights tools and processes.
- A high level of competency with market models, consumer research and databases. Strong knowledge of Nielsen/Circana, Scantrack and Home Panel tools. Power BI is an asset.
- Experience turning insights into actions with brands, retailers, marketing and R&D.
- Experience explaining difficult concepts and insights in simple, relevant business terms.

Reporting to a Director of Demand Science, you will provide actionable data-driven insights, using a range of different data sources, to inform strategic recommendations that produce meaningful returns for our businesses. You will support an assigned geographic team and help influence decisions through the evidence-based process by identifying growth pockets and successful ways-in to feed the innovation pipeline. Support communication strategy, messaging and progressive selling for customer presentations.

Located in downtown Chicago along the Chicago River, our corporate headquarters is in the landmark Merchandise Mart building, with access to public transit, and several options for dining and shopping in the area.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$107,000-$156,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
