What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve user inquiries via phone, email, chat, and screen sharing in an accurate and timely manner
- Document and alert management of trends in customer communications
- Identify and report product improvements and bugs to management
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
- Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining confidential data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or support role or equivalent training and certifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and GSuite
- Experience with smartphones, tablets, and computers across Mac, Android, and Windows operating systems
- Strong typing skills with a minimum of 40 words per minute
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or Italian, Dutch, French) is a plus
- Prior experience in software support
- 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Ability and desire to work a flexible schedule
- Bachelor's degree preferred
