What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-level customer service by responding to phone or email inquiries and resolving issues
- Research and resolve problems related to fraud support and internet operations
- Acquire thorough knowledge of products, services, and applicable regulations
- Act as a liaison between customers and various departments to address complex issues
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 18 months of customer service or related experience
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
- Good communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and pleasant tone

- Experience interacting positively with unsatisfied customers
- Proven time management skills and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other software packages
