What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to and handle complaints and escalations related to account balances and payments
- Conduct investigations to resolve issues and communicate promptly with management for updates
- Research missing payments using account information and insurance resources
- Post Accounts Payable deposits and process electronic and manual payer EOBs
- Analyze historical data to identify root causes of escalations and report coaching opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of six (6) years of Cash Posting experience
- Proven professional, clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to exercise sound judgment
- Excellent time and attendance record, not under disciplinary action
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
- Average QA score of 90% or higher for the past 90 days
- Positive and encouraging attitude towards team members and clients
