      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and monitor outbound and inbound call campaigns within the Zoom Contact Center
      - Review recorded calls for compliance and quality, providing actionable insights for performance improvement
      - Collaborate with Admissions Management to support advisor development and training
      - Maintain performance dashboards and reports on call volume and conversion trends
      - Support advisor scheduling and coverage to ensure adequate staffing in the contact center

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience managing call center operations, including call campaigns and quality assurance
      - Proficiency with Zoom Contact Center or similar systems (e.g., Five9, Talkdesk)
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-department collaboration
      - Analytical mindset with experience using reports and dashboards for performance improvement

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of admissions business practices or sales processes
      - Experience in training and developing staff within a contact center environment
      - Familiarity with performance metrics in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting
