      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide front-line counseling and superior customer service in registration, financial aid, and student accounts
      - Troubleshoot and resolve complex student issues that may involve multiple departments
      - Manage data using various technology and software applications while adhering to policies and procedures
      - Develop and implement student programming in response to university needs
      - Maintain confidentiality in accordance with applicable laws and university policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
      - Experience in customer service, particularly in a high-volume contact center environment
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to document information accurately
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in higher education
      - Familiarity with Salesforce or other customer relationship management systems
      - Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to manage multiple systems and applications
      - Positive attitude and professional demeanor when serving customers
      - Experience in a multi-channel contact center environment
