      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively originate deals and create demand in the market for BPO and BPaaS services
      - Serve as a subject matter expert and articulate value chain processes and transformation opportunities
      - Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, collaborating with various teams to close multi-million-dollar contracts
      - Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans to enhance market awareness and demand
      - Build and maintain executive-level relationships with prospective decision-makers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 15+ years of experience in BPO/Business Process Services sales
      - 10 years of demonstrated success selling large, complex global BPO deals exceeding $20M TCV
      - 10 years of industry experience in Transformative Customer Experience deals
      - 10 years of experience working with or selling to Fortune 1000 clients
      - Deep understanding of transformative outsourcing models

      - Entrepreneurial mindset with experience navigating matrixed environments
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
